Electrical Engineer

This is an onsite electrical engineering role at a food and agricultural processing manufacturer in Ogun State. The company runs modern industrial processing lines and specialised machinery to produce packaged food and processed agricultural goods. The role suits a hands-on engineer who enjoys diagnosing faults, keeping production equipment running reliably, and working to strict safety standards in a fast-paced factory setting. Shift work covers Monday to Saturday, with optional Sunday overtime.

What you'll do

• Carry out preventative and corrective electrical maintenance on high-capacity processing machinery
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, control system failures and power distribution issues
• Maintain control systems, industrial automation equipment and power systems
• Enforce industrial electrical safety, health and environmental standards
• Keep electrical maintenance logs and prepare routine equipment reports

What you need

• B.Sc., B.Eng. or HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Professional engineering certification is an advantage
• 3 to 5 years of practical electrical engineering experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
• Experience in food or agricultural processing is strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of industrial power systems, machinery controls, wiring and automation tools
