Inventory Coordinator

A full-time onsite role in Lagos overseeing stock control for a hospitality business. What you'll do

• Oversee stock movement from receipt and storage through to issuance, sales and returns
• Establish and maintain stock control procedures to prevent inventory losses
• Identify stock discrepancies and keep documentation and reconciliation accurate
• Keep physical inventory aligned with system records
• Monitor wastage and reduce losses and revenue leakage
• Balance stock availability against the risk of overstocking

What you need

• Experience in procurement, storekeeping, inventory or supply chain work
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
• Ability to reconcile stock and investigate discrepancies
• Understanding of stock control and inventory accountability
• Comfortable working with inventory systems and reports
