Loan Officer (Hybrid, Lagos)

A hybrid sales role in Lagos within a financial services organisation that offers loan products to individuals and businesses. The role suits confident, motivated people who enjoy building relationships and meeting targets. No prior loan sales experience is required, as training is provided, but a genuine passion for selling or some earlier sales experience is valued. Recent graduates who have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) are welcome to apply. Pay includes a monthly base plus commission on sales.

What you'll do

• Promote and sell loan products to retail customers
• Sell loan products to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
• Handle loan products for local purchase orders (LPOs) and similar business financing
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing borrowers
• Work towards individual sales targets

What you need

• Passion for selling or some prior sales experience
• No prior loan sales experience required; training is provided
• Fresh graduates who have completed NYSC are encouraged to apply
• Based in or able to work from Lagos (hybrid, onsite component)
