i'llTip JobsPaid Media Operator (B2B SaaS)
This is a fully remote, full-time contract role with a digital marketing agency that runs paid search and LinkedIn advertising for B2B software companies, mainly in North America. The agency works with mid-sized client budgets and judges results on pipeline and revenue rather than clicks alone. The role suits a hands-on paid media specialist who enjoys careful campaign work, clear reporting and steady ownership. Candidates will start by working alongside an experienced founder, with regular feedback, and can grow toward managing their own client accounts. Working hours are flexible, with a daily overlap with UK afternoon time and some calls with US clients.
Open to applicants anywhere in the world.
