Patient Support Coordinator

This fully remote, UK-based role suits a caring, patient-focused person who is comfortable in busy telephone work. As a Patient Support Coordinator, you would be one of the first points of contact for people accessing treatment through a healthcare organisation that supports patients living with complex and chronic conditions. Most of the work is by phone, from routine bookings to sensitive conversations that need patience and reassurance. The role is full-time, 40 hours across five days including Saturday, on early or late shifts.
