Project and Digital Admin Assistant

A remote, full-time role supporting a nonprofit networking organisation and a few business initiatives that focus on community engagement, empowerment and advancing opportunity for people of African descent. The work blends administration, customer care and digital content, so it suits organised, digitally confident people who enjoy communicating with diverse communities. Flexible hours across time zones are part of the arrangement, and ongoing training is provided. What you'll do

• Manage records, respond to inquiries and provide customer service
• Schedule appointments, meetings and other activities
• Support and engage platform members and identify potential collaborators
• Create content and assist with publicity and social media campaigns
• Provide basic video editing, graphic design and WordPress support (optional)
• Help represent the organisation at meetings where needed

What you need

• Strong English communication, writing and content-creation skills
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Reliable smartphone, laptop and stable internet connection
• Familiarity with social media; basic video editing, graphic design or WordPress is an advantage
• Proactive, dependable and willing to learn
• Comfortable working flexibly across time zones
