Senior Product Designer (Remote - US & Canada only)

A software company serving trade businesses in the green industry (landscaping and tree care) is hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead design work on a core part of its platform. The company is shifting its product from tools that record job activity to software that carries out tasks for customers, and this role shapes how that works. The team is small, collaborative, and works closely with product and engineering. The company combines its software with hands-on onboarding and customer support.

What you'll do

• Take product problems from framing through to a shipped solution alongside product managers, engineers, and other designers
• Design flows for agentic features, where customers state a goal and the software completes the work with clear visibility and confirmation steps
• Simplify complex workflows for both field crews and office staff, as well as their customers
• Use AI tools to prototype, test, and ship ideas quickly, and share practical methods with the team
• Meet customers on site and on calls to learn how they work
• Help grow the design system and design operations so experiences stay consistent and accessible across products

What you need

• 4+ years as a product designer at a SaaS company, with shipped work to show for it
• Strong UX fundamentals, including user flows, interaction design, and organizing complicated workflows
• Hands-on use of AI tools such as Claude or Cursor, with a clear view of where AI helps, where it falls short, and how to check its output
• Enough technical understanding to reason about implementation tradeoffs and build working prototypes
• Portfolio of outcome-driven work across several user flows, with strong UI skills
• Proficient in Figma and comfortable with component libraries
• Must already have work authorization in the US or Canada; no visa sponsorship is available

Applicants must be based in: United States, Canada.
