Technical Product Engineer/Manager (Remote - US only)

A Series A logistics technology company that builds software for temperature-sensitive supply chains is hiring a hands-on product lead. You will help shape AI-powered tools that support pharma logistics, quality, and supply chain teams in making timely, evidence-based decisions. The role blends product ownership with close work on engineering and machine learning.

What you'll do

• Own the roadmap for core product modules and a growing set of AI agents.
• Define how agents present context and recommendations, limit their actions to delegated tasks, and log actions for auditability.
• Meet with customers in pharma logistics, quality, and supply chain operations to turn complex regulated workflows into simple product experiences.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, and machine learning teams to deliver AI features grounded in product data and knowledge layers.
• Set and track outcomes such as automated decisions, time saved, and faster product releases.

What you need

• At least 5 years of non-internship product management or product engineering experience, including 2+ years building AI/ML-powered B2B SaaS products.
• Hands-on technical background, including React or full-stack web development (mobile-only development does not qualify).
• Working knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, and retrieval-augmented generation, and the ability to collaborate effectively with ML engineers.
• Experience owning product roadmaps, translating customer needs into requirements, and measuring product outcomes.
• Customer-facing product discovery experience with pharma logistics, quality, or supply chain operations users.
• Cold chain, pharma logistics, or GxP-regulated product experience is an asset.
• Familiarity with Python, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, and cloud application infrastructure is relevant.
