Visual and Motion Designer

A remote role creating graphics, illustrations, icons and motion pieces for a suite of AI-powered software products. The work sits between brand design, product interface design and animation, helping explain complex ideas clearly and keeping a consistent look across digital products and customer-facing material. It suits an experienced motion and graphic designer who enjoys working closely with product designers, using modern AI-assisted tools to speed up production, and building reusable asset libraries without losing craft or polish.

What you'll do

• Create polished graphics, illustrations, icons and motion treatments from established creative briefs
• Combine illustration, animation and product interface elements to explain concepts and highlight key product moments
• Apply visual identity guidelines and design systems consistently across products and materials
• Use AI-assisted creative tools to explore ideas and refine output into production-ready assets
• Build coordinated sets of reusable graphics and motion assets
• Present design decisions and incorporate stakeholder feedback within agreed timelines

What you need

• 8–10 years of professional motion design and animation experience with a polished portfolio
• 8–10 years of illustration and graphic design experience, including typography, colour and layout
• Experience creating cohesive assets within an established brand or design system
• Practical use of AI-assisted creative tools and integrating their output into finished work
• Ability to translate briefs into deliverables while managing feedback and timelines
• Portfolio showing graphic design, illustration, motion work and creative process
