YouTube Growth Specialist

A remote role for an experienced YouTube professional who will manage and grow a channel, focusing on subscribers, views, watch time and engagement. The work covers research, creative planning, video editing for Shorts and long-form content, and performance analysis. It suits a creative, self-directed person who understands YouTube well beyond uploading and can point to measurable growth in past work. Familiarity with AI-assisted video tools is an advantage. Candidates are judged on results and hands-on experience rather than formal certificates.

What you'll do

• Develop and carry out strategies to grow subscribers, views, watch time and engagement
• Research trending topics and plan a consistent publishing schedule
• Create and edit YouTube Shorts and long-form videos
• Optimise titles, thumbnails, descriptions and SEO to improve reach
• Manage video production, scheduling and publishing
• Analyse channel performance and recommend improvements

What you need

• Proven experience managing and growing YouTube channels
• Strong video editing skills in CapCut or similar tools
• Good understanding of YouTube SEO, algorithms and audience retention
• Excellent storytelling, creativity and content research skills
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines and deliver results
• Experience with AI video tools is an added advantage
