Business Analyst (Marketing)

This fully remote role sits within a marketing and creative team at a business services organisation that already runs a well-established reporting setup, supported by a central data team. The analyst works on top of existing schemas, core datasets and dashboards, turning everyday business questions into clear, structured analysis. It suits someone who enjoys investigating why metrics move, presenting findings in plain terms, and keeping reporting accurate and tidy. Working hours are aligned to Eastern Time.

What you'll do

• Turn open-ended business questions into structured analyses and recommendations
• Investigate changes in key business metrics
• Own and maintain recurring reports and dashboards
• Keep dashboards up to date, well laid out and easy to read
• Write SQL to query existing datasets and preview data models
• Respond to ad hoc analysis requests and help stakeholders interpret results

What you need

• 3+ years in data analysis, business analysis or reporting
• Solid working knowledge of SQL
• Experience with a modern BI tool such as Sigma, or similar such as Tableau
• Ability to present findings clearly to non-technical audiences
• Comfort with detail-oriented, manual reporting work
• Exposure to marketing metrics and funnel analysis is a plus
