Part-Time Business Development Specialist

A remote part-time role focused on building partnerships in the trading and digital finance space across English-speaking markets. The organisation operates in online trading and works with project teams, communities, affiliates and industry partners to grow its reach. The role suits an experienced business development professional who enjoys relationship-building, negotiation and tracking results, and who can work independently in a fast-moving, international environment.

What you'll do

• Identify and engage prospective partners across English-speaking markets, focusing on those likely to drive trading activity and long-term value
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from outreach and negotiation through onboarding, activation and ongoing performance
• Build relationships with project teams, communities, affiliates, brokers and other industry partners to develop acquisition channels
• Track partner performance and measure impact on trading volume, user acquisition and revenue
• Maintain an accurate partner database and structured follow-up using CRM tools and spreadsheets
• Work with marketing, product and operations colleagues on growth initiatives and partner retention

What you need

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in crypto business development, partnerships, affiliate growth or BD at a trading platform or similar business
• Professional English for international business discussions and negotiations
• An established network of project teams, communities, affiliates, KOLs or brokers
• Evidence of past business impact, such as trading volume, partner activation or user acquisition
• Strong pipeline, conversion and data analysis habits
• Experience with CEX, DEX, perpetual futures, CFD or other trading businesses is a plus
