It sits within an intern coaching programme run by a business training organisation that helps aspiring analysts build practical skills through hands-on projects. The mentor acts as both a guide and an expert resource, bridging classroom theory and real-world application. The work suits someone patient, clear in their communication, and comfortable creating teaching content such as case studies and video walkthroughs alongside leading community information sessions.

What you'll do

• Run regular team meetings and one-to-one coaching sessions on business analysis projects
• Share best practices and industry standards with interns
• Record video walkthroughs of analysis methods and requirement gathering techniques
• Help develop case studies and worked solutions for interns
• Give feedback on interns' skill development and project work
• Work with the marketing team on content about business analysis and the programme

What you need

• Practical experience in business analysis
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and requirement gathering
• Confident communicator who can teach and give constructive feedback
• Comfortable recording video content
• Able to work remotely across time zones
