Client Relation Officer

This full-time client relations role is offered by a Nigerian business in the industrial catering sector and can be carried out remotely from Lagos. It suits experienced professionals who understand food service operations, menu planning and kitchen hygiene, and who can keep client relationships organised and on schedule. The post calls for solid written and spoken English, careful attention to detail and the ability to manage several tasks at once. Catering certification is welcome but not essential.

What you need

• 5 to 10 years of experience in industrial catering or a similar industry
• Understanding of menu planning and recipe interpretation
• Knowledge of catering hygiene standards
• Good communication skills in English
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Catering certification is an added advantage
