Client Relations Officer

A remote client-facing role with a logistics firm that handles import and export clearing and forwarding for businesses trading across several countries. The organisation values accurate documentation, timely cargo movement and responsive communication. The role suits someone organised and personable who enjoys keeping clients informed, handling shipment queries and supporting customers through the practical steps of international trade. What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day client communication and respond to inquiries
• Provide updates on shipment status and track deliveries
• Coordinate import and export documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support clearing and forwarding
• Resolve client issues promptly and maintain accurate records
• Identify client needs and support service promotion and long-term client relationships

What you need

• Diploma or degree in logistics, business or a related discipline is preferred
• Accuracy and attention to detail with import and export paperwork
• Knowledge of import and export processes and global trade regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organisational and time-management skills for multiple shipments and deadlines
• Proficiency in common office software and digital tools
