Client Relations Officer

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day client communication and respond to inquiries
• Provide updates on shipment status and track deliveries
• Coordinate import and export documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support clearing and forwarding
• Resolve client issues promptly and maintain accurate records
• Identify client needs and support basic sales and service promotion

What you need

• Diploma or degree in logistics, business or a related discipline (preferred)
• Ability to manage import/export documentation with accuracy
• Knowledge of import and export processes and global trade regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing work
• Organisational and time-management skills for multiple shipments and deadlines
• Proficiency in common office software and digital tools; freight or logistics experience is an advantage
