Communication & Partnership Officer

A fully remote full-time role based in Nigeria, focused on communications, digital campaigns and partnerships for a youth-focused, mission-driven organisation with an online community and app. The post suits an experienced communicator who cares about youth development, enjoys building audiences on social media and video platforms, and is comfortable with reporting on growth and building relationships with NGOs, development partners and donors.

What you'll do

• Manage communication strategies and social media channels, including YouTube, Instagram and X
• Plan digital campaigns to grow membership and app users
• Prepare communication materials and updates for donors
• Develop partnerships and manage stakeholder relationships
• Grow and manage the online community
• Monitor, analyse and report on monthly growth and performance

What you need

• At least 3 years' experience in communications, digital marketing or strategy
• Strong interest in youth development and youth-focused platforms
• Experience working with NGOs, development organisations or civic initiatives
• Knowledge of partnership communications
• Excellent writing, analytical and reporting skills
• Experience in YouTube growth and monetisation is an advantage
