Knowledge and Communications Lead

What you'll do

• Develop and implement knowledge management and communications strategies aligned with organisational goals
• Translate research, programme outcomes and technical information into accessible content for different audiences
• Produce reports, articles, newsletters, case studies, presentations and digital content
• Document organisational learning and best practices to support knowledge sharing
• Manage and organise knowledge resources, publications and communications assets
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather insights and communicate impact

What you need

• Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Knowledge Management, Development Studies or a related field
• Experience in strategic communications, content development, knowledge management or organisational learning
• Excellent writing, editing, storytelling and research skills
• Strong project management, organisation and collaboration skills
• Experience producing reports, publications and digital communications materials
• Ability to work with multicultural and geographically distributed teams
