Developer Advocate, Data Platform

A remote-first technical marketing role in a blockchain infrastructure company serving Solana developers worldwide. The job centres on helping developers succeed with a data platform through tutorials, demo apps, videos and community engagement. It suits an engineer who enjoys explaining complex ideas clearly, is at home in developer communities online, and is comfortable travelling to hackathons and conferences. The role is self-directed, so it rewards people who spot where developers get stuck and propose what to build next.

What you'll do

• Write code tutorials and technical deep dives on building with Solana data
• Build demo applications, starter repos and SDK examples across the data platform
• Create videos and tutorials for developers
• Engage with developer communities online and help builders get unblocked
• Run workshops and support builders at hackathons and conferences
• Relay developer feedback to engineering and product, and share shipped fixes with the community

What you need

• At least 2 years of professional experience at a technology-first company, ideally in developer tooling or infrastructure
• Hands-on engineering experience and comfort writing code
• Excellent technical writing and oral communication skills
• Ability to produce across written, code and video formats
• A portfolio of tutorials, videos, repos, talks or threads
• Willingness to travel and self-directed working style
