Developer Advocate (Remote, Germany)

This is a developer-facing community role at a fast-growing mobile SaaS company that provides subscription infrastructure for mobile apps. The company serves tens of thousands of app developers and tracks a large volume of app revenue and API traffic. You will be the person who builds its developer community in Germany from the ground up, working with local developers, organisers and companies.

What you'll do

• Build and grow a German developer community around the company's platform
• Attend German mobile and developer events, and speak at them when it makes sense
• Plan and run meetups, webinars and workshops for German developers
• Create educational content for German-speaking developers
• Build relationships with local developer communities, event organisers and engineering teams
• Hand over interested teams from events to the sales team

What you need

• Based in Germany, with the right to live and work there
• Fluent in German and English
• Experience running, organising or helping run a developer or tech community, or speaking at events
• Genuine interest in working with developers; no prior knowledge of subscriptions or the product is required
• Nice to have: Google Developer Expert status, public speaking experience, your own developer content (YouTube, blog, podcast), or a mobile development background
