Digital Marketing Officer

This is an on-site full-time role in Lagos, Ibadan or Abuja for a creative digital marketer who enjoys turning ideas into campaigns that build awareness and generate leads. The post sits within an international business group that is growing its team in Nigeria and works closely with colleagues in other countries. You will run social media, email, website and paid advertising activity, and report on what works. It suits someone organised, results-driven and comfortable building a brand from the ground up across multiple channels.

What you'll do

• Plan, create and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email and the website
• Manage company social media pages and grow followers and engagement
• Create engaging content such as graphics, short videos, blogs and newsletters
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar
• Run and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google and LinkedIn
• Track performance and provide monthly reports with recommendations

What you need

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or a related field
• At least 2 years' proven experience in digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of social media management, content creation and paid advertising
• Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads and a scheduling tool
• Basic understanding of SEO and email marketing
• Excellent written and spoken English and willingness to work on site
