Digital Marketing Manager, B2B Growth (Remote, South Africa)

A recruitment firm is hiring on behalf of a client that wants a senior marketer to lead its B2B marketing strategy across the full customer journey. This is a strategic ownership role rather than a coordinator position, combining planning with hands-on campaign work. The client is a fully remote business that expects the role to work U.S. Eastern business hours.

What you'll do

• Build and run a B2B marketing strategy tied to company growth targets, working closely with leadership and sales on pipeline and revenue.
• Lead paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn and Meta, plus SEO, email and outbound, and manage budgets for return on spend.
• Create lead-generation systems, improve landing pages and conversion funnels, and run structured A/B tests.
• Track MQLs, SQLs, CAC, marketing ROI and lead-to-opportunity conversion, and build dashboards and executive reports.
• Manage internal marketers and external contractors or agencies, and set messaging and creative direction.

What you need

• At least 5 years in B2B, growth or digital marketing, ideally in a leadership role such as Digital Marketing Manager, Growth Lead or Head of Marketing.
• Proven hands-on management of paid search, paid social, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, email and demand generation.
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot or similar marketing automation and CRM platforms, and Google Analytics 4.
• Solid understanding of B2B funnels, attribution and conversion optimization.
• Ability to work U.S. Eastern business hours and communicate clearly in English.
• Experience with account-based marketing, B2B services marketing, or Salesforce, Marketo or Outreach is a plus.
