Brand and Social Creative Expert

A fully remote contract role for an experienced brand or social creative who can judge marketing and social media work. The organisation is a talent and AI project platform that brings in specialists for review projects. The work centres on assessing creative pieces such as posts, ads, videos and campaign ideas, then explaining clearly why one works better than another. It suits people who have worked as brand creatives, art directors, social media creatives, copywriters or content leads and who are comfortable making and justifying publishing decisions in clear written English.

What you'll do

• Review posts, ads, videos and campaign ideas for a stated goal and audience
• Check creative work against the brief and the brand's voice and rules
• Judge whether a piece suits the platform where it will run
• Flag claims, disclosure, rights or policy concerns
• Write short explanations for each decision so others can follow the reasoning

What you need

• Professional experience in brand, marketing or social media creative work
• Experience with real campaigns, from briefs and approvals through to publishing and results
• Familiarity with at least two major platforms, such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn or paid social
• Comfort explaining why one piece works and another does not
• Clear written English
