Product Marketing Manager, Government & Public Sector (Remote - Worldwide)

Work can be done from any country; optional access to co-working stipend or company offices in several major global hubs. A fast-growing AI audio and voice company is building out its public sector offering, bringing conversational voice agents to government agencies. This product marketing role owns positioning and go-to-market for that offering across multiple regions. The team is small, autonomous and moves quickly, with a strong emphasis on learning and contribution over titles.

What you'll do

• Own positioning, messaging and packaging for the government and public sector product line
• Build a narrative that works across national, state and local government in multiple regions, including the UK, EU, US and APAC and LATAM public agencies
• Frame use cases around citizen outcomes such as non-emergency contact centers, benefits and eligibility, health and social services, and licensing and permitting
• Articulate compliance, accessibility, multilingual support, security and data residency requirements in market-ready content
• Produce industry content, landing pages and thought leadership pieces
• Coordinate simultaneous regional launches across different regulatory environments

What you need

• Experience scaling messaging into government and public sector segments from a product marketing or growth marketing role, ideally both
• Experience marketing or selling into more than one public sector segment
• Technical enough to become an internal expert on conversational AI agents, including latency, telephony, tool calls, evaluation and guardrails
• Strong project management across several countries, regulatory regimes and parallel launches
• Self-directed, able to work autonomously from the start
