Marketing Manager, 12-Month Maternity Cover (Remote - Europe)

Fluent German and English required. A B2B software company with a photo-sharing and image-delivery platform used by photographers, sports clubs, media agencies and brand teams is hiring a marketing manager to cover a parental leave for 12 months. The company is part of a larger group that owns and grows a portfolio of B2B SaaS brands and works fully remote. The role combines partner, affiliate and influencer programs with B2B lead generation and event presence, and is intended to carry real ownership from the first week.

What you'll do

• Run and grow the affiliate program: onboard new partners, manage commissions, payouts and reporting.
• Own the influencer and partner portfolio, from photographers and industry associations to event partners, keeping partner and creator activity aligned.
• Plan and test B2B campaigns for segments such as sports clubs, media agencies and brand teams, working with the customer success team.
• Plan and manage presence at photo festivals, trade fairs and industry events, including own formats such as photographer meetups or workshops.
• Turn event and partner contacts into qualified leads and use the numbers to decide what to scale up or cut.

What you need

• At least 4 years of marketing experience, including B2B campaigns and/or partner or affiliate programs you owned end to end; experience in photography or the creative industry is a strong plus.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English, with the ability to write landing pages and email sequences in both languages (German need not be your first language).
• Comfortable working with data and turning metrics into decisions.
• Hands-on experience planning a trade fair or event presence.
• Self-starter who moves quickly and enjoys taking responsibility in a small team.
