Senior Paid Media Manager

This is a senior, remote-friendly role for a paid media specialist who enjoys owning client results end to end. The organisation is a digital marketing agency that runs search and social campaigns for a range of clients and works closely across creative, measurement and SEO teams. The role suits an experienced agency professional who combines strong analytical skills with confident client communication, enjoys testing new channels and ideas, and is happy to mentor colleagues and help shape the wider media practice.

What you'll do

• Own the strategy and performance of a portfolio of three to five client paid media accounts
• Plan, launch, audit and optimise search and paid social campaigns across major platforms
• Lead regular client calls and produce clear, actionable performance reports
• Work with creative, measurement and SEO colleagues on cross-channel plans
• Mentor peers and, in some cases, manage one or two junior team members
• Support sales conversations, onboardings and identifying growth opportunities

What you need

• At least 5 years managing paid search and paid social campaigns
• Previous agency experience
• At least 3 years in a client-facing role
• Advanced skills in Google Analytics 4 and Google Sheets or Excel
• Experience with paid social creative and creative briefs
• Strong written and verbal communication and organisation skills
