Brand & Marketing Manager

A senior marketing role with a fashion and lifestyle brand based in Lekki, Lagos, offering a hybrid working pattern. The post centres on shaping how the brand is seen, growing its customer base and running campaigns that lift sales and build loyalty. It suits an experienced marketer who enjoys combining creative direction with budgets, analytics and working alongside external partners in a consumer-facing business.

What you'll do

• Develop brand strategy, positioning and consistent brand guidelines
• Plan and run campaigns, product launches and seasonal promotions
• Manage marketing calendars across social media, email, website and other channels
• Oversee content creation, paid advertising and online customer engagement
• Build partnerships with influencers, creators, media contacts and complementary brands
• Coordinate brand activations, pop-ups and events; manage customer retention and loyalty initiatives

What you need

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• At least 4 years of brand or marketing experience, including campaign or project management
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, retail or a similar consumer-facing industry is preferred
• Proven results in brand development, campaigns or customer and sales growth
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content strategy and customer behaviour
• Experience managing budgets, external partners and multiple deadlines; familiarity with ad platforms, analytics, email marketing and e-commerce tools
