Field Marketing Manager, West (Remote - US only)

A fast-growing cybersecurity company that protects software-as-a-service environments and the non-human identities that access them is hiring a Field Marketing Manager for its Western region. The role owns regional field programs, events and customer communities that support enterprise and commercial sales teams. It is a visible, high-impact position that works across marketing, sales, partnerships and business development to drive pipeline and bookings. The role is fully remote and reports to the Global Director of Field and Partner Marketing.

What you'll do

• Own the field marketing relationship with regional sales teams, balancing competing requests and focusing on what moves the business.
• Plan and run a regional events strategy six to nine months ahead, including venues and sponsorships.
• Align every field activity with current campaign themes, content and messaging so programs are not standalone moments.
• Build regional customer and prospect communities, and turn customer relationships into speakers, references and case studies.
• Track program results, manage budget for strong return, and report on the health of the regional business with sales leadership.
• Build co-marketing relationships with technology and system integrator partners, and contribute to sales quarterly business reviews.

What you need

• Five or more years of field and/or partner marketing experience.
• Five to seven years of B2B SaaS experience.
• Experience supporting international sales teams, as well as direct and channel sales teams.
• Strong ability to build trusted, firm but fair partnerships with sales, marketing and product.
• Strategic planner who thinks in 6 to 9 month windows and can analyze program data to make recommendations.
• Experience building regional customer communities and running executive and practitioner events.
• Must be based in the United States.
