Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy & Operations

A senior marketing role based fully remote, open to candidates worldwide, including Nigeria. It suits a strategic operator who has spent several years in strategy, marketing or growth operations and who enjoys bringing structure to complex, fast-moving work. What you'll do

• Lead complex cross-functional marketing initiatives in fast-paced, ambiguous conditions
• Break down marketing and growth processes to decide what to change, automate with AI, or keep human
• Shape marketing strategy and operating approach across channels
• Oversee lifecycle, SEO, messaging and paid channel work where relevant

What you need

• 5–7 years in strategy, chief of staff, consulting, agency, or marketing/growth or GTM operations
• Experience across a range of marketing tactics and channels such as lifecycle marketing, SEO, SMS and push, and paid channels
• First-principles thinking to decompose complex processes
• Proven record leading complex cross-functional initiatives
