Campaign Manager (Contract, Remote)

A three-month remote contract to lead growth campaigns for a recently launched consumer fintech app. The business is a mobile product that helps everyday users save in digital dollars, receive money from abroad and make cross-border payments. The role suits an experienced growth or campaign marketer who understands app acquisition, paid media and the Nigerian fintech landscape, and who enjoys turning data into clear, practical decisions.

What you'll do

• Build and run a 90-day growth plan with milestones, budgets, timelines and KPIs
• Plan, launch and optimise paid and app-install campaigns across digital platforms
• Coordinate content, creatives, influencer work and product messaging
• Design referral and other acquisition and engagement initiatives
• Track the user journey from download through verification, first transaction and repeat use
• Manage agencies, creatives, influencers and media vendors; provide weekly reports and a final review

What you need

• At least 3 years in growth marketing, campaign management, digital or product marketing
• Proven campaign experience in fintech, payments, banking or consumer technology
• Hands-on experience with app-install advertising, conversion tracking and optimisation
• Understanding of Nigerian fintech marketing and regulatory considerations
• Strong analytical, project management, communication and reporting skills
• Experience with TVC, OOH or offline campaigns is an advantage
