Brand Assistant

A full-time brand support role based in Lekki, Lagos, for a creative and organised professional who enjoys marketing and visibility work. The role sits within an organisation that manages a portfolio of around four brands, so it suits someone comfortable juggling several projects at once and keeping things on track across teams. It is well suited to recent graduates or early-career marketers who have some social media or campaign experience and a good eye for content and detail.

What you'll do

• Support day-to-day brand management and consistent messaging
• Develop content ideas, write captions and manage content calendars
• Coordinate photography, videography and other creative work
• Assist with social media management and track audience engagement
• Support campaigns, promotions, brand activations and collaborations
• Research market trends, competitors and visibility opportunities, and prepare performance reports

What you need

• Bachelor's degree or HND in marketing, mass communication, public relations, business administration or a related field (an advantage)
• Previous experience in brand management, digital marketing, social media or marketing support preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and tools such as Canva
• Good organisation, multitasking and time-management skills
• Creativity, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
