Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote, South Africa)

Works U.S. business hours. A remote-first company is hiring a digital marketing specialist to run paid and organic campaigns from setup through reporting. The role suits someone who owns results, reads performance data closely, and works well on their own. You will work with design, sales and product colleagues to keep marketing aligned with the customer journey.

What you'll do

• Plan, launch and optimize campaigns across paid and organic channels, in line with broader business goals.
• Set up and manage paid search and paid social campaigns, managing budgets toward CPA or ROAS targets.
• Write and schedule content and copy for different platforms while keeping a consistent brand voice.
• Run A/B tests on messaging and creative, then turn the results into recommendations.
• Audit on-page and off-page SEO, track rankings and organic traffic, and support website improvements.
• Build regular performance reports using Google Analytics and platform dashboards.

What you need

• Proven hands-on experience in digital marketing, handling campaigns from briefing through reporting.
• Practical experience across paid search, paid social, email marketing and SEO.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and digital advertising dashboards.
• Strong written English and the ability to write persuasive marketing copy.
• Experience managing ad budgets and improving campaign performance.
• Ability to work independently during U.S. business hours with strong organization and time management.
