E-Learning Instructional Designer

This is a remote six-month contract for an e-learning instructional designer, open to candidates based in Nigeria. The work centres on building online courses and training materials, from curriculum structure and visual design through to packaged, trackable learning modules. The role follows Australian Eastern Standard Time working hours, Monday to Friday. It suits an experienced designer who enjoys combining sound instructional method with clean visual design and who is comfortable working with authoring tools and learning management systems in a structured, self-directed remote setting.

What you'll do

• Design e-learning modules using Articulate 360 and Storyline
• Develop SCORM-compliant digital training courses and educational materials
• Structure curriculum and learning content for online delivery
• Apply strong visual design to course screens and learning materials
• Work to Australian Eastern Standard Time schedule, Monday to Friday

What you need

• At least 2 years in instructional design and e-learning course creation
• Experience with Articulate 360 and Storyline
• Experience with LMS platforms
• Ability to develop SCORM-compliant courses
• Strong visual design and curriculum structuring skills
• Available to work AEST hours
