Lead Product Designer

A senior design role for a remote-first financial wellness company building savings and investing products for families, kids and teens. The position suits an experienced product designer who enjoys setting direction across several initiatives, working closely with product and engineering, and mentoring other designers. What you'll do

• Lead design across several early-stage and investing initiatives, from problem framing through high-fidelity design and handoff
• Partner with product and engineering leads to shape scope, prioritise work and make trade-offs
• Turn business goals and customer insight into clear product concepts
• Prototype and test ideas quickly before engineering investment
• Guide and give feedback to other designers on the family team
• Present design rationale to senior stakeholders and contribute to the design system

What you need

• 8+ years of product design experience with shipped consumer mobile work
• Proven ability to set design direction and align product, engineering and leadership
• Strong strategic thinking alongside interaction and visual craft
• Experience guiding other designers through critique
• Clear communication and storytelling with senior stakeholders
• Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
