Early Childhood Math Teacher, PreK-K (Remote - US only)

Candidates must be based in and eligible to work in the United States. The role is W-2 employment. An ed-tech company offering extracurricular K-12 learning through science and technology is hiring a remote math teacher for preschool and kindergarten students. You will teach small online classes built on the company's own curriculum, with a focus on critical thinking and logic. The role combines live teaching, lesson preparation, grading, and regular parent communication. A paid training program is included before you begin teaching.

What you'll do

• Prepare and deliver weekly live online math classes for PreK and kindergarten students, roughly 10-20 classes per week, following the company curriculum
• Teach engagingly and at an age-appropriate level, adjusting to each group of students
• Run trial lessons with new students to place them in the right classes
• Grade homework and send weekly updates to parents on progress and areas to work on
• Take part in paid teaching assistant shadowing to learn from lead teachers
• Complete other tasks assigned by the teaching management team

What you need

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field; education or STEM majors are preferred
• Strong understanding of early math concepts and a clear, energetic teaching style for young children
• Prior math teaching experience is a plus but not required
• Availability to work full-time, about 2:00pm-8:00pm, Tuesday through Sunday, with one or two days off
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially with parents
• Reliable home setup suitable for live online teaching
