English to Tagalog (Philippines) Linguist - Marketing, Legal & Online Help (Remote - Worldwide)

Candidates must be native or near-native Tagalog (Philippines) speakers with strong English. A multilingual language services and technology company is recruiting an experienced English-to-Tagalog (Philippines) linguist to support localization projects for a large global technology client. The work covers marketing, legal, online help, product and support content. Assignments are delivered daily on client platforms and are part of a freelance arrangement with a short, recurring daily time commitment.

What you'll do

• Translate English source content into Tagalog (Philippines) across marketing, legal, online help, product and support materials
• Copy edit and review translated content, including linguistic and quality control/quality assurance checks
• Post-edit machine translation output (MTPE) to publication quality
• Work within the specific tools and platforms set by the client
• Meet agreed daily turnaround times and quality standards

What you need

• Native or near-native fluency in Tagalog (Philippines) with a strong command of English
• Professional experience translating or localizing marketing, legal, online help, product or support content
• Required experience using CAT (computer-assisted translation) tools
• A bachelor's degree in linguistics or translation, or at least 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
