Full Stack Applications Developer

A fully remote full stack role maintaining and improving two existing business applications, including an internal tool used to manage custom orders. The organisation works with U.S.-based clients and runs its technology and product work to a U.S. Eastern time schedule. The role suits an experienced developer who enjoys owning production software, fixing and improving it over time, and gradually taking on larger projects. Candidates should be comfortable working during U.S. business hours and using modern AI-assisted development tools.

What you'll do

• Maintain, fix and improve two existing business applications, including new features and updates
• Build and improve front-end interfaces and back-end functionality using Laravel and PHP
• Work with MySQL databases, queries and data structures
• Build and maintain APIs and third-party integrations, including HubSpot where applicable
• Troubleshoot issues across front-end, back-end, database and integration layers
• Use AI development tools to speed up development while checking code quality and security

What you need

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Laravel and PHP
• Experience with MySQL and database management
• Experience building APIs and system integrations
• Experience maintaining production applications and front-end UI work
• Ability to work during U.S. business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST)
