Full-Stack Engineer, Creative AI Agents

This is a remote, worldwide full-time role building creative AI agents that turn ideas into audio, image and video content without requiring users to be prompt experts. The organisation is a well-funded, fast-growing AI research and product company whose agent is already live, so the work blends new development with improving a product used by creators and marketers. It suits experienced full-stack engineers who enjoy owning problems end to end, working in small, autonomous teams, and shaping product direction from customer feedback.

What you'll do

• Design and build agent-powered features across frontend, application state, backend services, APIs and data storage
• Develop agent capabilities and integrations, including model orchestration and asynchronous workflows for audio, image and video generation
• Build and operate infrastructure, improving quality, performance, scalability and security through evaluations, monitoring and testing
• Own a problem area from discovery and prototyping through deployment and ongoing operation
• Collaborate with product, design and engineering colleagues, using customer feedback to guide priorities

What you need

• Strong frontend and backend engineering skills with experience building complete production applications
• Confidence designing user interfaces, backend services, APIs and data models as one system
• Practical experience with cloud infrastructure, deployment, asynchronous processing, testing and observability
• Ability to debug across the full stack
• Evidence of end-to-end ownership, strong product judgement and clear communication on ambiguous problems
• Preferred: experience with production agents, evaluations, MCP integrations, creative editors or multimodal products, and small fast-moving teams
