Graphic Designer

A graphic design role within the marketing and communications function of a technology-led company in Lagos, working on brand and product visuals across digital and offline channels. The position is hybrid with onsite work in Lagos. It suits a designer with a few years of experience who can think about audience, messaging and positioning as well as craft, and who enjoys owning projects from first concept through to final delivery.

What you'll do

• Create visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, website, email, events and presentations
• Turn campaign briefs and marketing objectives into clear visual concepts
• Own design projects from concept and creative direction through to delivery
• Produce event and offline collateral such as flyers, brochures, banners and booth materials
• Maintain visual consistency across brand touchpoints and keep organised design files and templates
• Work with marketing, product and other internal teams on design needs

What you need

• 2 to 4 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally with established brands or corporate-facing industries
• A strong portfolio showing brand and marketing work across multiple formats
• Strong grasp of typography, layout, colour, visual hierarchy and brand systems
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; working knowledge of Figma
• Good understanding of digital and social media design requirements
• Able to manage multiple deadlines and take feedback well
