GTM Engineer (Visa Sponsorship - Singapore, Singapore)

Visa sponsorship available. An early-stage AI infrastructure company is building its go-to-market function from scratch. This role sits between engineering and revenue, where you will design scalable systems to reach technical buyers and drive adoption of its platform among teams working on AI models. You will work closely with the founding team to set the playbook and be hands-on with both tooling and outreach.

What you'll do

• Own the full outbound pipeline, from prospect research and data enrichment through outreach, follow-ups and booking meetings.
• Build and maintain outbound sequences, CRM automations, lead scoring models and custom GTM tooling.
• Apply AI tools, scraping and workflow automation to expand reach and efficiency.
• Write and refine messaging aimed at ML engineers, AI researchers and engineering leaders.
• Research prospects' businesses, workflows and challenges to present relevant value.
• Track pipeline metrics and improve conversion at each stage of outbound.

What you need

• At least 2 years of commercial or GTM experience with a record of building measurable pipeline and closing deals.
• A computer science or engineering background, or substantial hands-on coding and technical project experience.
• Experience running end-to-end outbound pipelines, including targeting, enrichment, outreach and conversion tracking.
• Working knowledge of GTM systems such as Clay, Apollo, CRM automation, sequencing and lead scoring.
• Ability to hold technical conversations with ML engineers, AI researchers and engineering leaders.
• Early-stage startup experience is valued; experience selling developer tools, infrastructure or AI/ML products is a plus. Familiarity with reinforcement learning concepts (environments, evaluations, benchmarks) is beneficial.
