Head of Human Resources

A senior leadership role based onsite in Abuja, leading the people function for an organisation that values strong workforce planning and a supportive working culture. What you'll do

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Oversee recruitment, talent management and workforce planning
• Manage performance management, employee relations and HR operations
• Drive learning and development, succession planning and employee engagement
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies
• Provide strategic HR advisory support to management

What you need

• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Professional HR certification such as CIPM or SHRM is an advantage
