HR Director

A senior HR Director role with a food and beverage manufacturing business in Lagos, leading and shaping the organisation's people strategy. It suits an experienced HR professional with several years at director level, ideally in fast-moving consumer goods or food manufacturing, who enjoys working closely with executive leadership on talent, organisational development and employee relations. Strong grounding in labour compliance and HR best practice is important. The position is full-time and based onsite in Lagos.

What you'll do

• Lead and execute the organisation's HR strategy
• Drive organisational development and talent management
• Oversee employee relations and change management
• Partner with executive leadership to support business objectives
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practice

What you need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, IRPM, Business Administration, Psychology, Management or a related field
• 5–8 years' experience as an HR Director within FMCG or food and beverage manufacturing
• Experience in an international or multinational organisation
• Proven experience working with executive leadership teams
• Strong knowledge of organisational development, talent management and employee relations
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and commercial skills
