Human Resource & Administrative Officer

This is an onsite human resources and administration role based in Obajana, Kogi State, Nigeria, with an industrial manufacturing business. The post suits someone with a relevant degree and at least two years of HR or administrative experience in a logistics, transport or manufacturing setting. It is a good fit for a practical HR professional who is comfortable supporting frontline staff, including in unionised or field-based teams. Professional HR certification is an advantage but not essential.

What you need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 2 years of HR or administrative experience in a logistics, transport or manufacturing environment
• HR certification such as CIPM or SHRM is an advantage
• Experience resolving frontline employee concerns, especially in unionised or field-based workforces, is desirable
