Internal Audit Manager

This full-time role in Ikeja, Lagos, is for an experienced audit professional who will lead internal audit activity across a multi-site business. The organisation operates several units, including outlets, warehouses and production facilities, and values strong controls and compliance. The post suits a seasoned auditor with supervisory experience who enjoys analysing risk, investigating irregularities, and guiding teams and management toward practical improvements. What you'll do

• Develop and implement risk-based audit plans
• Supervise audits across departments, outlets, warehouses and production facilities
• Review financial, procurement, sales, inventory and operational records
• Evaluate internal controls and check compliance with company policies
• Investigate suspected fraud, stock discrepancies and unauthorised transactions
• Prepare audit reports, recommend corrective actions and monitor their implementation

What you need

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 5 to 8 years of relevant audit experience, including supervisory or managerial responsibility
• ICAN, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of internal audit, risk management, fraud detection and internal controls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audit management software
• Excellent analytical, investigative, leadership and report-writing skills
