iOS Engineer (Remote - Worldwide)

Preferred working hours overlap with GMT to GMT+4. Optional use of partner offices in London, Warsaw, Dublin, Amsterdam and Paris. An AI research and product company is hiring an iOS engineer for its mobile team. You will build features for a consumer creative app that puts AI audio generation in the hands of millions of users, working closely with the tight integration between the app and the underlying audio models. The company works in small autonomous teams with a strong focus on measurable impact and data-led decisions.

What you'll do

• Build and ship new features in a native iOS app that connect to AI-driven audio models
• Decide with product, design and research which bets or incremental improvements will move the app most
• Design and run A/B tests and use the results to choose what to build next
• Help shape the app's architecture and technical direction
• Own performance, quality and responsiveness of the production app
• Work through ambiguous and fast-changing priorities, adding structure where needed

What you need

• Strong native iOS development experience with Swift and SwiftUI
• A track record of shipping features that measurably improved user engagement
• Experience designing and running A/B tests
• Experience owning performance and quality in a production app
• Comfort working autonomously in a fast-moving environment
• Bonus: experience with audio playback or streaming on iOS, or with mobile build, test and release pipelines
