Lead Generation Specialist

This remote role focuses on growing a network of veterinary partners. The team is a health-focused company serving veterinary clinics, and the work sits at the start of the customer journey, where first conversations shape long-term partnerships. It suits results-driven people who enjoy outbound prospecting, clear communication and building trust with busy professionals. Experience in B2B inside sales is valued, and an interest in animal health is a real plus, though not essential. What you'll do

• Reach out to prospective veterinary clinics by phone and email to arrange lunch and learn sessions
• Manage leads, follow-ups and ongoing sales activity in a CRM system
• Answer prospects' questions about the value of the service
• Deliver a positive, professional experience to every prospective partner
• Work with the B2B team to track prospects further down the sales funnel
• Meet established targets and keep up with market trends and competitors

What you need

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience, ideally in animal health
• Experience with high-volume cold calling and prospecting
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Experience in veterinary or pet care is a plus; animal lover welcome
