Learning & Engagement Officer

This is a full-time, fully remote role based in Nigeria with a pan-African civic movement focused on youth and community development. The position suits someone who enjoys shaping learning experiences, building partnerships, and bringing people together around a shared vision. The organisation values passion and initiative, so the role is well suited to a self-motivated professional who is comfortable working independently and collaboratively across a distributed team. Prior experience with student or youth programmes, policy work, or grant and sponsorship sourcing would be a strong fit.

What you'll do

• Design training modules and manuals
• Develop project concepts
• Coordinate programmes
• Manage partnerships and stakeholder engagement
• Carry out related duties as assigned

What you need

• Experience coordinating student or youth activities, including extra-curricular work
• Experience in policy development and stakeholder engagement
• Experience sourcing sponsorships or grants is an advantage
• Background in Political Science is an advantage
• Working knowledge of French is an advantage
• Passion, initiative, team-building and proactiveness aligned with a pan-African vision
