Marketing Account Manager (Remote - Kenya)

Working hours follow U.S. business hours. A recruitment partner is hiring on behalf of a client that manages a growing portfolio of marketing accounts. The role is the main point of contact for several client accounts, combining day-to-day campaign execution with relationship management. It suits someone who is organized, client-focused and comfortable moving between email marketing, website updates, SEO and reporting.

What you'll do

• Act as the primary contact for assigned client accounts and lead recurring meetings, status updates and performance reviews.
• Build, launch and monitor email campaigns in tools such as Mailchimp and Klaviyo, including copy, segmentation and scheduling.
• Update website and landing page content in WordPress so it stays accurate and aligned with campaigns.
• Run SEO research and support on-page improvements using Ahrefs or Semrush, and report results to clients.
• Prepare client-friendly reports from GA4 and other analytics, and coordinate deliverables with design, content and leadership teams.

What you need

• At least 3 years in marketing account management, client-facing marketing, agency account management or similar client success roles.
• Hands-on experience with Mailchimp, WordPress, Ahrefs or Semrush, and Google Analytics (GA4).
• Strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage several clients and competing priorities at once.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Based in Kenya and available to work U.S. business hours.
