Marketing Operations Manager (Remote - US only, excluding CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA)

A remote-first company in the communications software space is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to lead and optimize its marketing automation systems, event and webinar integrations, conversational marketing channels, and scalable operational workflows. The role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales and engineering, and focuses on the infrastructure that powers how the company connects with customers. The team uses AI tools to streamline hiring and operations, and occasional in-person team or customer meetings may be requested.

What you'll do

• Manage live chat qualification and lead routing workflows, and keep improving the user experience to raise conversion rates.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable automated workflows across CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Own end-to-end integrations for event and webinar platforms, including workflow design and maintenance.
• Build AI capabilities into marketing operations processes to reduce manual work and streamline core tasks.
• Diagnose and fix system, workflow and data synchronization issues across the marketing technology stack.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales and Technology teams to align system architecture with go-to-market goals.

What you need

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing operations, demand generation, revenue operations or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Salesforce, including building scalable programs and optimizing workflows in event or webinar tools.
• Demonstrated experience integrating AI into scalable marketing operations workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for using campaign data to find issues, with clear written and verbal communication across teams.
• Legal right to work in the United States and residence in an eligible US state.
