Paid Media Coordinator

This full-time remote role is for a coordinator who will manage paid media and campaign activity for a health-sector business. The work suits someone with two to three years' experience in marketing, media, partnerships or campaign management, who enjoys keeping several partners, vendors and deadlines moving at once. The role is open to candidates worldwide, including those based in Nigeria, and suits people who communicate clearly and are confident negotiating terms.

What you'll do

• Coordinate paid media and marketing campaigns from start to finish
• Manage relationships with external partners, vendors and agencies
• Balance multiple stakeholders, deliverables and deadlines
• Explore new partnership and sponsorship opportunities
• Discuss and negotiate terms with partners

What you need

• 2–3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, media, partnerships, sponsorships or campaign management
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, agencies or stakeholders
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience coordinating campaigns or partnerships end-to-end
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders, deliverables and deadlines
• Open to remote work from anywhere in the world
